Your heart is the most valuable, life-giving organ in your body. It is the very essence of life, a priceless treasure. When the heart is physically compromised with a unhealthy lifestyle, it can lead to stress and also cause a reduction of blood flow to the arteries. The same heart that beats, circulates blood and supplies oxygen to the body, is where God wants to reside.
Our hearts are also unhealthy when it’s compromised with anger, hatred, greed, bitterness, guilt and unforgiveness. Because our hearts are constantly under attack, it can be an unreliable source when it is contaminated and filled with IMPS! (IMPurities, IMPatience, IMPoverished, IMPulses, IMPosters). These attacks can block the flow of God’s spirit in us.
God wants us to be free to worship Him! Guard your heart with diligence for it is the wellspring of life! God’s word is your lifeline. Read God’s word daily. Raise a Hallelujah! Prayer and praise can raise the windows of your heart. Re-dedicate your life and heart to Him. Let God be the source of your joy. Let God Arise. Abide in His peace. Hide His word in your heart.
