Regardless of the kind of day or week you have had, the word of God tells us that we should let our light shine. So, what kind of light have you been releasing lately? A shimmer, spark, colorful, wildfire, radiant, glow, flashy, blinding, bling-bling, auroras, dim, fizzled, or a flicker? Jesus is the light! His Spirit that dwells in you should be shining bright to illuminate your path, so you can see and think clearly.

Believe in the Light.
God has placed a unique light inside of you! Embrace it. Think about God’s direction for your life. Believe in the light! He wants to show you the way. If you have faith and believe, your light will glow and there is a feeling of hope! Negative thoughts are unhealthy. It causes anger, sadness and confusion which can lead to darkness, unsafe lighting, and stumbles.

Let your light shine!
Glorify God! Find the happy side of life and glow! Be an encourager. Own your colorful space and personality and light up the world. Be who you are, accept who you are, and love who you are. God gave you this light, so let it shine! Seize the day! Don’t hide it under a bushel.

Walk in the Light
Unfortunately, we will have days when our light will flicker, flash, dim out, and fizzle due to faulty switches, aka life issues. There will be days when you feel like “the light is on, but nobody is home” due to heartbreaking experiences. There will also be times when you feel like you’re not the “brightest bulb in the pack” because you’re all burned out from the busyness of life. Yes, God gave us this beautiful light within us, but we are human, we are imperfect, we make mistakes, and life happens. God still loves you. Let the wildfire of God’s promises ignite in your heart.
